EXTRAS FEES
■ ADDITIONAL CHARACTERS: 50% of base price.■ COMPLEX BACKGROUND/SCENE: Starting from $20. Price depends on size/details.■ PRIVATE: 20% of total cost, capped at $30■ COMMERCIAL LICENSE: Depends on project.
Nifi's Commissions
Commissioning me means you have read and agreed to these terms. Let me know if anything is unclear.
GENERAL■ I reserve the right to deny service without disclosing the reason.■ I reserve the right to cancel commissions at any point.■ All commissions are digital only.
WORKFLOW■ Depending on the queue, commissions may take anywhere from a week to several months to complete since the time of request. Feel free to ask about your position on the queue at any time.■ Commissions will be charged when work is soon to begin or in some cases after initial sketch approval.■ You will be contacted when the sketch is ready for approval. I may show you additional wips if I consider it necessary, or you may request them yourself.■ You may request changes at any point in the process. Depending on their complexity, or the number of changes requested, they may require an extra fee.■ Once the commission is finished, you may request up to one round of revisions for minor details.■ I reserve the right to deny any changes that I feel would compromise the quality of the piece.
RIGHTS AND PERMISSIONS
For the client:■ Commissioner is free to post the finished piece and any provided wips however they like. Credit is appreciated but not required.■ Commercial use must be discussed first, and is by default not allowed.■ You may do minor edits (cropping, downsizing, adding filters or short text). Line-only pieces may be colored. Unfinished sketches may be lined and colored.■ Commissions are never to be sold or minted as non-fungible tokens (NFTs).■ Commissions are never to be used to train AI models.
For the artist:■ I retain all rights to the artwork I produce. You cannot claim ownership over the artwork in any way.■ Unless the commission is private, I am free to post the artwork however I see fit and use it for self promotion. I am also free to post wips and stream the process.■ I may recycle discarded sketches and other unused preparatory work for future projects.
CANCELLATIONS■ You may cancel before the initial sketch is shown to you. If the commission was paid, you will receive a full refund.■ You may cancel after being shown the sketch for a partial refund (% depends on style/complexity). You're free to keep the sketch use it according to the permissions described in the section above.■ No refunds are available after the sketch has been approved.
